We recognise that the date the security system is handed over to the customer is only day one of what will be many years of reliable operation of the burglar alarm and/or other security systems and we look forward to working in partnership with our customers over the long term.
In order to achieve this our Service and Maintenance programme operate a full 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency service. Just call us anytime on 01933 623231. If technical assistance is required this will be provided by the duty engineer either over the telephone or by attending on site. We guarantee a swift response on site at any time for emergency call outs.
We offer a planned maintenance facility on all products and security systems, and NOT just the products we’ve fitted. We’re sure you’ll find our maintenance contracts to be one of the most competitive .
As an example, our CCTV maintenance contracts are usually based on two visits per annum and would include cleaning the external housings, cleaning the lenses, checking and adjusting back focus as necessary, cleaning and greasing pan and tilt heads, checking and making good any cable defects, test and replace faulty IR lamps, check brackets and mountings etc.
We check, clean and adjust all monitors, check cable terminations and test all functions on switches and multiplexers, clean heads and test video recorders. Routine maintenance on CCTV systems is important if you want to produce good quality images for recognition and prosecution purposes, so many people spend a lot of money on having a system installed only to find when they need it most the images are unusable due to lack of or poor maintenance
